I began my property journey back in 2012 when I bought my first house in Luton and converted it to a HMO (House in Multiple Occupation). Since then I have set up several more HMO's and single lets in Bedfordshire and Greater Manchester.

 

The basic model I have followed is to buy, refurbish, refinance and then to reinvest. Through a combination of focusing on high yielding properties and achieving some of the best capital growth in the country, by August of 2016 I had reached a point where I no longer needed my full-time job. So I quit and never looked back! I now continue to grow my portfolio of investment properties and also work with several other investors, helping them to source deals, build partnerships and continuously grow and develop.
