How I project manage

 

Every project is different, with some requiring significantly more technical expertise than others. However my principles remain the same. At the start of a project a critical path and budget will be set out. The critical path will show the key milestones in the successful completion of the project. I will utilise my network of trusted tradespeople to get the best available building quotes. I will use my knowledge and network to determine the right strategy and approach in terms of planning applications, building regulations and HMO licensing. You will be provided with regular updates on the progress of the project at every step along the way.
